非尖锐湿疣性病患者尿道(宫颈)人乳头瘤病毒检测及型别分析 被引量：1

摘要 为了解人乳头瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)及其型别在本地区性病高危人群中的流行情况,2002年1月-2003年10月,我们采用荧光定量聚合酶链反应(fluorescentquantitative polymerase chin reaction,FQ-PCR)方法对我院性传播疾病(STD)门诊的非尖锐湿疣性病患者尿道(宫颈)拭子进行HPV检测及型别分析,现将检测结果报告如下.
