摘要
目的观察复合营养素提高受试者睡眠剥夺应激适应能力的作用 ,为寻找减轻应激损伤的营养措施提供科学依据。方法选择 6 0名健康男性青年并随机分为两组。实验组 (NS)补充复合营养素 ,对照组 (CT)给予安慰剂 ,共 2 0d。在补充的最后 2d所有受试者接受 4 8h睡眠剥夺实验。第 2 1天测定其 2 4h尿维生素排泄量和血浆皮质醇浓度 ,用仪器检测其视觉反应时和记忆广度 ,用“SCL - 90症状自评量表”进行心理问卷调查。结果实验组 2 4h尿中维生素B2 和维生素C的排泄量明显增加 ,分别达到对照组的 1.8倍和 2 .2倍 (P <0 .0 1) ;经过 4 8h睡眠剥夺后对照组的血浆皮质醇水平明显升高 ,是实验前或实验组的 1.3倍左右 (P <0 .0 1) ;实验组的视觉反应时缩短、错误次数减少 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1) ,记忆广度分值增加 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而对照组未见明显变化 ;两组心理问卷的各项得分未见明显差别。结论补充复合营养素有利于提高受试者在睡眠剥夺条件下的应激适应能力。
Objective To observe the roles of compound nutrients in improving man adaptation to stress induced by sleep-deprivation,so as to provide scientific basis for seeking nutritional measures to reduce stress-induced damage. Methods Fifty-eight young male volunteers were randomly divided into two groups, NS and CT group. NS group was supplemented with compound nutrients while CT group received placebo for 20 days. All the volunteers were subjected to 48 h sleep-deprivation on the last two days in the the supplementation period. The contents of vitamins in 24 h urine and the cortisol concentration in plasma were detected before and after the experiment. The congnitive function was tested by the instruments for visual responding time and digit span test.SCL-90 questionaire was used to survey the psychological health of the volunteers. Results The contents of vitamins B 2 and C in urine of NS group were significantly increased after supplementation of the compound nutrients, getting up to 1.8 and 2.2 times respectively (P<0.01)as against those of CT group. After 48h sleep-deprivation the cortisol level in plasma of CT group was about 1.3 times higher than those before sleep deprivatien, or of NS group; The visual reaction time and error times were significantly decreased (P<0.05, P<0.01), and the digit span score was increased (P<0.05) in NS group, while in CT group no obvious changes were found; No marked difference was observed in the scores of SCL-90 questionaire test between two groups. Conclusion Supplementation with the compound nutrients is beneficial to raising the man's adaptation ability to stress induced by sleep deprivation.
