摘要 以海神号海洋地形卫星(T/P)为代表的海面高度卫星监测技术已经达到准厘米级的精度,日渐积累的卫星海面测高数据为全球和区域海面变化研究和各种海洋学研究提供了广阔的应用前景.回顾了T/P卫星测高技术的发展背景,介绍了T/P卫星的定轨技术,并以T/P卫星为例,论述了利用卫星测高技术监测海平面变化的原理、误差校正方法和数据处理的基本过程.此外,还介绍了利用卫星测高资料对中国海区海面变化研究的初步成果,指出了其中存在的问题及其解决途径. The accuracy of altimeter of the TOPEX/Poseidon satellite (T/P) on s urveying the sea level height had achieved quasi-centimeter scale. Lots of data about satellite surveying on sea surface provided wide applied information for the study of global or regional sea surface changes and the diversified aims of oceanography. The article looked back the background of technology about T/P sat ellite altimetry,introduced technology about T/P satellite's precise orbit;and the article discussed the principle that satellite altimetry surveyed the sea l evel changes,the methods of correction to error,and the altimetry data process ing for example T/P satellite. In addition,the article introduced the primary r esults that the data of satellite surveying on sea surface was used to study on sea surface changes in China,pointed out the existent problems and the solution methods.
