摘要
自1952年皮革专业成立以来,我国皮革及其学科高等教育共培养本科生4468名,硕士研究生412名,博士生96名,博士后16名。这些高层次人才不仅远远不能够满足我国制革工业发展对人才数量的需求,而且,对皮具、皮革服装等主体行业硕、博士高级人才的培养还是空白。如何对所培养的皮革人才在制革、制鞋、皮具和皮革服装等各主体行业发挥其作用,如何稳步加快我国皮革精英人才的培养,缩小人才培养与需求的差距,填补人才培养的空白,是所有皮革业内人士值得认真思考和努力的。
Since leather specialty was established in 1952,4468 undergraduate students,412 masters,96 doctors and 16 post-doctors have been cultivated by Chinese leather higher education.However,not only it is impossible for these higher level talents to satisfy the demands for more talents because of the development of leather industry,but also it is still blank for higher level talents on leather goods and leather garments etc.to be cultivated.It is worthy of our leather talents on leather making,leather shoes,leather goods and leather garments,and how to steadily speed up the cultivating of Chinese leather talents,reduce the differences between cultivating and demands of talents and supply the gap of talent cultivating.
