摘要
自1965～1989年共收治翻转移位型肱骨外髁骨折116例,采用丝线内固定72例,克氏针内固定44例。经1～24年,平均12.5年随访116例,优良率为81.9％。对翻转移位型肱骨外髁骨折不主张手法整复,强调术中解剖对位及维持解剖对位至骨折连接。手术时间越早骨块解剖对位率越高,治疗效果也越好。间断部分切断伸肌群肌筋膜,可保护骨块血供,避免骨块完全游离。
116 cases of lateral-condylar.fractrue of Humerus with rotational displacement were treated from 1965 to 1989. The internal fixation with silk thread in 72 cases and with Kirschner's wire in 44 cases were adopted-1 to 24 years follow-up an average period of 12. 5 years ,81. 9% of 116 cases were excellent and good. The manual reduction was not adapted.anatomical reduction by operation and being maintained until union of fracture was emphasized. The results are excellent;if the operation were performed in early stage and got anatomical reduction. The au-zhors emphasized that kept the extensor muscle inserting to distal fracture segment and preserved it's blood supply in operation is very important.
