摘要
本论文选用ZnO和Fe2 O3、Ni2 O3和Fe2 O3与NiO和Fe2 O3等不同氧化物 ,采用高温固相烧结法制备铝电解惰性阳极基体材料 ,通过对其烧结性能、导电性能及耐蚀性能的综合分析 ,得出试验结论为 :采用NiO和Fe2 O3合成的NiFe2 O4 尖晶石材料 ,其综合性能最好 ,且试样理论尖晶石含量为 85 %左右时 。
The basic material of inert anode used in aluminum electrolysis was synthesized by high temperature solid-state reaction sintering method with various materials of ZnO and Fe_2O_3 、Ni_2O_3 and Fe_2O_3 、NiO and Fe_2O_3. The sintering properties, electric conductivities and thermo-corrosion resistant properties were studied in laboratory. The results of this study could be generalized as the synthesis performance of NiFe_2O_4 spinel compounded with NiO and Fe_2O_3, and the thermo-corrosion rate was the smallest when the content of spinel in theory was about 85%.
