摘要
碱金属热电直接转换技术AMTEC(theAlkaliMetThermaltoElectricityConverter)在世界范围内是一种正在研究的能量转换技术,它利用碱金属(锂,钠,钾)做工作物质。工作物质电离产生电子,电子通过外部负载,做功并最终与通过固体电解质的碱金属离子中和。AMTEC的封装工艺可以显著影响AMTEC的性能,通过实验研究脉冲激光焊接工艺在封装过程中的应用,并分析在激光焊接过程中产生的各种问题及产生机理,提出了焊接结构设计和焊接工艺的合理建议。
The Alkali Metal Thermal to Electricity Converter is a very new technology which being researched in the world. This technology uses alkali metal (such as lithium﹑ potassium and sodium) as the working fluid. The working fluid ionizing, producing ions and electrons, the electrons flow through the external load, doing work and finally re-combine with the ions which flow through the solid electrolyte. The encapsulation of the AMTEC can affect the performance of the AMTEC. This work use experiment to research the application of the impulse laser jointing in the encapsulation process, analyze the mechanism of the problem of the jointing process, bring forward the advise of the jointing structure design and jointing craftwork.
