摘要
以稀土CeO2为原料,碱金属和碱土金属复合氧化物为助熔剂,在助熔剂添加量为33%时,在1 400-1 600℃范围内煅烧10-30min,可获得三维尺度近于等长的等积形CeO2八面体自形晶单晶磨料,其晶粒大小均匀。通过调整助熔剂的加入量、煅烧温度和保温时间可控制CeO2晶体的粒径,并制备了粒径为2-3μm、5μm、20μm和100μm的自形晶CeO2。
After adding 33% alkali metal and alkaline-earth metal complex fluent into rare earth ceria, transparent yellowish brown ceria euhedral monocrystals abradant was synthesized by firing at 1 400?1 600℃ for 10-30 minutes. The three dimensions of the crystal which was defined as blocky crystal were almost equal. The structure of the crystal was octahedron and the grains size distribution was narrow. The grain size could be monitored by controlling the reaction conditions including fluent percentage, firing temperature and holding time at firing temperature. Ceria euhedral crystals with diameter of 2-3μm, 5μm, 20μm and 100μm respectively were prepared.
