摘要
作者报道了1953～1990年间收治并经手术证实半月板损伤的756例临床资料。着重评价了关节外伤史、疼痛、弹响、交锁和滑落感及关节间隙压痛、过伸全屈间接压痛、回旋挤压试验、股四头肌萎缩情况等传统方法对半月板损伤的诊断要点及价值,分析了19例用传统方法诊断为半月板损伤而探查阴性的误诊原因。并讨论了仪器检查的诊断价值与适应证。
The clinical datum of menisci injuries in 756 patients who had been admitted and operated in between 1953 and 1990 were analysed in this paper. Emphasis was put on the diagnostic value of the traditional medthods used habitually in our hospital negative exploration happened in 19 cases (2. 5%).The main points of diagnosis by the traditional methods and the causes of misdiagnosis were discussed. Some comments were made upon the diagnostic significance and the indications of other diagnostic means using specific apparatus or equipment.
