首先简要介绍了泉州电信动力集中监控系统的网络结构和基本功能,进而提出利用监控系统进行用户的二次开发和增值应用。
The structure and primary functions of the power centralized supervision and control system are introduced in this paper, then the user's re-development and value-added application of the system are provided.
