摘要
目的 :建立滋补生发片质量标准中的含量测定方法。方法 :采用反相高效液相色谱法 (RP HPLC) ,C1 8柱 ,以甲醇 0 .1%磷酸溶液 ( 85∶15 )为流动相 ,检测波长 2 5 4nm。结果 :大黄素线性范围 1.0 2 4～ 2 0 .480 μg·mL 1 ,回归方程A =72 .3 5C -0 .4889,r =0 .9999(n =5 ) ,方法精密度RSD =0 .12 % ,平均回收率 99.2 % ,RSD =0 .67% (n =5 )。结论 :该法操作简便 ,准确 ,重复性好 ,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective:To establish a RP-HPLC method for d etermination of emodin in zibushengfa tablets. Method:The column was DiamonsilTM C 18 , mobile phas e methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution(85∶15), and the detective wavelength 254 nm. Results:Emodin at the concentrations of 1.024-20.480 μ g·mL -1 showed good linearity, the linear regression equation is A= 72.35C- 0.488 9, r=0.999 9, the average recovery was 99.2% with R SD=0.67%(n=5). Conclusion:The method is simple, accurate and repeatable , and can be used in the drug's quality control.
