摘要
目的 比较家族性与非家族性大疱性扁平苔藓 (BLP)临床特点的异同。方法 对 3 6例家族性BLP和 2 1例非家族性BLP的临床资料进行对比分析。结果 家族性与非家族性BLP在初发年龄、病程及皮损累及范围等方面均存在明显差异 (P均 <0 .0 1)。结论 与非家族性BLP相比 ,家族性BLP患者发病年龄更小、病程更长、范围更广、更易累及甲。遗传因素在BLP的发病中可能起重要作用。
Objective To compare the difference of clinical features between familial and nonfamilial bullous lichen planus(BLP). Methods 36 cases BLP patients with positive family history were compared with 21 cases BLP patients with negative family history. Results There are significant differences between familial and nonfamilial bullous lichen planus on age of onset, course of disease and extension of eruption(P<0 01).Conclusion Familial bullous lichen planus appears to differ from the nonfamilial form in its earlier age of onset,longer course of disease, erupt more extensively, easilier to involve nails.Genetic factor may play an important role in pathogenesy of BLP.
