银杏叶提取物对大鼠急性肾缺血损伤的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 观察银杏叶提取物对大鼠急性肾脏缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用及其机理。方法 SD大鼠随机分为假手术对照组、单纯缺血再灌注组、缺血再灌注 +银杏叶提取物处理组。测定肾组织丙二醛 (MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、Na+ K+ ATP酶、Ca2 + ATP酶变化并观察肾脏病理学改变。结果 与假手术对照组相比 ,单纯缺血再灌注组肾小管上皮细胞呈明显的缺血性改变 ,MDA含量增加 (P <0 0 1) ,SOD、Na+ K+ ATP酶、Ca2 + ATP酶活性降低 (P <0 0 1) ;缺血再灌注 +银杏叶提取物处理组与单纯缺血再灌注组相比 ,MDA含量明显降低 (P <0 0 5 ) ,SOD活性显著升高 (P <0 0 1) ,Na+ K+ ATP酶、Ca2 + ATP酶活性增高 (P <0 0 1、P <0 0 5 ) ,肾小管上皮细胞缺血性改变减轻。结论 银杏叶提取物通过抗氧化 。 Objective To study effects of ginkgo biloba extract on acute renal ischemia reperfusion injury and its protective mechanism was discussed.Methods A model of renal ischemia reperfusion injury was set up .34 SD rats were randomly divided into sham operated group(n=10)?ischemia reperfusion group(n=12)?ischemia reperfusion+ginkgo biloba extract injection group(n=12).The changes of MDA,SOD?Na +-K +-ATPase?Ca 2+ -ATPase in kidney were determined.The renal pathologic changes were observed.Results As compared with those of sham operated group,some ischemic changes in the renal tubular epithelial cells?the content of MDA increased significantly(P<0.01)and SOD?Na +-K +-ATPase?Ca 2+ -ATPase decreased sharply(P<0.01)in ischemia reperfusion group.As compared with those of ischemia reperfusion group,some mild ischemic changes in the renal tubular epithelial cells and the content of MDA deceased significantly(P<0.05);SOD?Na +-K +-ATPase?Ca 2+ -ATPase increased sharply(P<0.01?P<0.01?P<0.05)in ischemia reperfusion+ginkgo biloba extract injection group.Conclusion The results indicated that the administration of ginkgo biloba extract could protect renal function and alleviate renal ischemia reperfusion injury in renal ischemia reperfusion rat by antioxidant effects.
