随着石油工业的不断发展,螺纹锁紧环式换热器已成为加氢裂化装置的核心设备。就螺纹锁紧环式换热器设备的制造,从材料复验、加工、筒节成形、焊接、探伤及返修等方面作了简单地介绍,重点讲述了螺纹锁紧环式换热器制造中的难点及要注意的问题。
With the development of oil industry screw-lock ring type of heat exchanger has become the important machine of the hydro-cracker.This article describe manufacture process from material reexamine,layout,welding,NDT to do poorly done work over again about steel,especially describe the difficulty and notice item about it.
