摘要
从理论上分析了有机烟幕材料的红外吸收机理 :即分子能级从低能态跃迁到高能态而表现出的吸收作用 ,吸收衰减在本质上是使分子的内能状态发生变化。通过实验得出了两个结论 :一是使用KBr进行的固体压片法分析样品 ,测得的红外谱图主要反映了物质结构对红外的吸收作用 ;二是样品和KBr最佳质量比为 1 :1 5 0~ 1 :2 0 0。
The infrared absorption mechanism of organic smoke material has been analyzed in theory.The absorption and absorption attenuation shown from the molecularly deficient form transition followed to high energy form made the internal energy state of molecule changing in essence.Two conclusions have been reached by way of experiment on FTIR.Firstly,using the solid pressure piece (KBr) to analyze the sample,the infrared spectrum picture chiefly reflected the absorption of matter structure to infrared.Secondly,the optimum mass ration of the sample and KBr was 1:150~1:200.It provided the technological way for selecting the infrared smoke material.
