摘要
以罗布麻织物小样染色为基础 ,通过对活性染料在超声波作用下和常规条件下染色性能的对比 ,证明了超声波对活性染料染罗布麻织物有明显的促染作用 ,特别是能够提高染料的上染速率及固色率。同时对其作用机理进行了分析探讨。
The effect of applying ultrasonics in Apocynum Venetum fabrics dyeing was discussed.The comparing experiments with and without ultrasonics showed that the ultrasonics can not only increase the dying speed of vat dyes,but also increase the dye uptake and permeatable effects.The result of ultrasonics improving the dyeing effect was discussed.
