Introduces and compares two types of inner communication schemes between Lon works field bus net and flush type Ethernet, which separately applied to integrated automation system in high, intermediate and low voltage substation and super high voltage substation, finally discusses the general concerning problems of using flush type Ethernet for substation integrated automation system.
