用免疫细胞化学方法观察胚胎脊髓组织移植后的细胞构筑特征

Observation of cytological and topographical feature after fetal spinal cord transplantation by immunocytochemical method

摘要 本文应用生长抑素、5-羟色胺、P物质,胶质酸性蛋白的抗体,通过免疫细胞化学反应,对胚胎脊髓组织移植后的细胞构筑特征进行了观察。结果发现,移植后2—6个月的胚胎脊髓组织内分布有与上述抗体相应的免疫阳性神经元及神经纤维。在移植组织与宿主脊髓融合差的情况下,移植界面可见胶质酸性蛋白免疫反应明显增强。研究表明,免疫细胞化学方法可反映移植组织的生长分化程度,并可显示移植部位的细胞构筑特征。 The cytological and topographical features after fetal spinal cord transplantation were analysed using immunocytochemistry of somatostatin,serotonin,substance P and glial fibrillary acidic protein. The results demonstrate that positive cell bodies and fibers above several neuropeptides were found throughout distribution in the grafts after fetal cord transplantation for 2-6 months. In a few instances,a zone of gliosis was observed between transplants and host spinal cord. The present study show that immunocytochemistry of neuropeptide can be used to observe degree of differentiation and growth of fetal spinal cord grafts,and to identify their topographical features.
