摘要
在Ni/Al2 O3 -HM和Ni-W /Al2 O3 -HM催化剂研究的基础上 ,向上述两种轻质烷烃异构化催化剂中用混合法添加一定量ZrO2 ,通过对此催化剂的评价 ,考察ZrO2 对轻质烷烃异构化催化性能的影响。结果发现 ,在较低温度下 ,Ni-Zr/Al2 O3 -HM催化剂异构化性能优于Ni/Al2 O3 -HM催化剂 ,在较高温度下 ,活性上升 ;Zr含量较低时 ,随着ZrO2 含量的增多 ,活性下降 ;对于Ni-W -Zr/Al2 O3 -HM催化剂 ,当W含量较低时 ,0 .5 <Zr/W <1的范围内 。
On the basis of research work of two isomerization catalysts for light n-paraffin ,Ni/Al_2O_3-HM and Ni-W/Al_2O_3-HM,another assistant ZrO_2 is added into these two catalysts by blending method and the effect of ZrO_2 on the performance of these catalysts is studied.It is found out that, under lower temperature ,the isomerization performance of Ni-Zr/Al_2O_3 -HM catalyst is superior to that of Ni/Al_2O_3 -HM but in higher temperature , the reverse happens. When in the range of 0.5<Zr/W<1, the performance of the catalyst Ni-W-Zr/Al_2O_3-HM is best.
