The markets are eager to have a convenient, fast and cheap communication in the condition of high speed movement. Session initiation protocol (SIP) is a signaling protocol. It can transmit IP (Internet Protocol) multimedia operation in 3G and fuse Internet and mobile beehive system. In this paper, we introduce briefly and analyze SIP, then give a scheme of its application in 3G based on SIP.
