摘要
本文从家族企业在经济社会发展中的地位、我国家族企业研究与国外相关研究的现实差距以及我国家族企业存在的独特文化背景不同的角度 ,阐述了当前研究家族企业的特殊的理论和实践意义 ,并结合浙江家族企业发展的实际 ,概括了目前家族企业亟待研究的三个核心问题 ,即产权问题、治理结构问题和权力的继承问题。
According to the research of Kelin E. Gerisic and so on, 65% to 80% of businesses in the world are family-owned or controlled. Family business is a form of business organization which exists widely in the world and play an important role in the economic and social development. What is not very fit to the wide existence of family businesses is the lagging of research on family business in China. There is a special practical and theoretical meaning to study on family businesses in the peculiar culture background of China at present. With the development of family businesses there are three primary problems which need further research. The first problem is the property rights. The second problem is the governance structure. The third problem is power succession. Among the three primary problems, property rights are the core. They are the main thread of institutional innovation and development of enterprise, and they are the decisive factor of the development of family businesses. The governance structure is the key. The existence of family culture and force is the characteristic of family businesses comparing to other public enterprises. CEO succession is the most important event in the life period of family businesses.
