摘要
目的 研究脉络宁口服液对血小板聚集及血栓形成的影响。方法 采用了血小板聚集试验、抗血栓形成试验、溶栓试验。结果 脉络宁口服液能明显地抑制家兔血小板聚集 ;明显地抑制家兔体内及体外血栓形成 ;对已形成的血栓有溶解作用。结论 脉络宁口服液能够抑制血小板聚集 ,抗血栓形成 ,同时具有一定的溶栓作用。
Aim To investigate the effects of mailuoning oral liquid on platelet aggregation, thrombosis and fibrinolysis. Method Platelet aggregation was induced by adenosine diphosphate (ADP) in rabbits. In vivo and in vitro thrombosis, and in vivo fibrinolysis tests were used to evaluate the effects of the drug on the fibrinolysis system. Result Mailuoning oral liquid significantly inhibited ADP-induced rabbit platelet aggregation; it reduced thrombus weight and length significantly; it also showed a strong enhancement on fibrinolysis. Conclusion Mailuoning oral liquid could inhibit rabbit's platelet aggregation induced by ADP and also increase fibrinolysis.
