摘要
糖尿病脑梗死是在糖尿病基础上并发的缺血性脑血管疾病 ,是糖尿病的重要并发症和主要的致死致残原因之一 ,严重影响了人们的生活生存质量 ,日益引起人们的重视。通过整理近年来相关文献 ,主要从从现代医学和传统医学两个角度探讨糖尿病并发脑梗死的发病机制、临床表现和治疗方法 ,加深对这种疾病的认识。
Diabetic cerebrovascular infarction(DCI)is the cerebrovascular disease caused by diabetes.It is one of the key reasons for the deformity and death in diabetic patients.It had an serious effect on the life quality and attacted a lot of attention.In this issue,on reviewing the literature interrelated in recent years,we mainly discuss patlology,clinical manifestation and therapy of DIC in TCM and Western medicine to recognize the diseases futher.
