摘要
目的 :对盐酸左氧氟沙星片溶出度的试验方法进行优化。方法 :以 0 .1mol/ L 盐酸为溶剂 ,转速为 5 0转 /分 ,检测波长为 2 94 nm。结果 :在 30 min累计溶出百分率大于 80 %。结论 :该法与崩解时限相比 ,能更有效的控制药品质量。
Objective: To optimize the methods of test for the levofloxacin hydrochloride tablets dissolution. Methods: 0.1% Hydrochloric acid was used as dissolution medium , the rotate speed was 50rpm,and detection wavelength was 294nm .Results: The accumulation amount dissolved at 45min was more than 80% . Conclusion:Compared with the collapse time limit, Drugs quantity can be controlled more effectively by this method.
