摘要
通过对15万t/a乙烯扩能改造为20万t/a的大型技改项目的投资控制分析,归纳总结出对大型石化“急、难、险、重”工程项目费用控制的有效措施。
To sum up effective measures of investment control of large petrochemical project,based on analyzing the investment control of ethylene expansion project. It is instructive for the same kinds of project. Some experience on investment control of unusual construction project,e. g. for constructing while designing,is also presented.
