摘要
本文扼要介绍预应力技术近年来在国际上的新进展,并据此提出若干建议,以促进我国现代预应力混凝土的发展。
This paper introduces briefly the worldwide technical advances in prestressed concrete in re-
cent years. Some suggestions related to these progresses are made to promote the development
of modern prestressed concrete in our country.
