摘要
利用电化学方法、热腐蚀试验等研究了GD型钢纤维在工业磷酸中的腐蚀行为。在此基础上,研制出耐磨、抗机械冲击,由钢纤维增强的磷酸结合浇注料。该材料已在机械行业震底炉上取得成功应用。
The erosion of GD type steel fibre in industrial phosph-acid has been tested by the electrochemistry and thermal etching testing. On which a cast material with phosph-acid binder and steel fibre reinforcement has been developped.It has high properties of wear-proof and resisting mech-enical impact and has been successfully used on shock hearth furnaces.
