文章综述了脑缺血时细胞间黏附分子 1(ICAM 1)的表达及作用、影响其表达的因素及ICAM 1抗体的应用 ,旨在探讨脑缺血的发病机制和寻找减轻脑缺血损伤的药物。
The article reviews the expression and role of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1), the factor affecting its expression and the application of ICAM-1 antibody during cerebral ischemia. The aim is to explore the pathogenesis of cerebral ischemia and look for drugs that can reduce cerebral ischemic injury.
