摘要
云浮电厂锅炉框架施工中采用无框大模板体系,该体系可任意组合成各种不同尺寸,自重轻,强度高,可提高清水混凝土质量。一次性投资比钢模板减少45%,比钢框胶合板模板减少20%,经济效益良好。
Big frameless formwork system, used in the construction of fair-faced concrete of boiler frame of Yunfu Thermo-Power Plant, can be assembled into formwork of different sizes, which is of less weight and high strength, and improve the quality of fair-faced concrete. Its nonrecurring invest reduces by 45% in comparison with that of steel formwork and by 20% of steel-framed plywood formwork, having a good economic benefit.
