摘要
提出了在一款基于 ARM7TDMI CPU CORE 的片上系统(SOC)芯片中的 Nand Flash 控制器实现方案及其在 Uclinux 下的驱动移植。该设计方法已通过了 RTL 级验证、FGPA 验证,并在实际芯片的演示样机上得到了具体实现。
This paper presents a design-method of nand flash controller included in one kind of SOC which is based on ARM7TDMI,and related driver's porting to Uclinux is also introduced.This controller has passed RTL verification and FPGA verification,and it is also used as a part of demo sample now.
