摘要
用高压反应釜考察了铂系催化剂在双甘膦(PMIDA)氧化合成膦甘酸(PMG)反应中的催化活性。在100℃,0.6MPa 压力下,双甘膦转化率达100%,瞵甘酸的选择性>90%。探讨了温度、压力、反应时间及催化剂用量等对催化剂性能的影响.
The catalytic activity of platimum on activated carbon catalyst in the catalytic oxidation of N-phosphonomethyliminodiacetic acid (PMIDA)was tested.The results indicated that under 0.6MPa and at 100℃,conversion of 100% and selectivity for PMG of over 90% can be achieved.The effect of reaction temperature,pressure and catalysts content on the catalytic activity was also investigated.
