摘要
应用凿眼爆破方法对湖南雪峰水泥集团大宗原材料堆场结块水渣进行松动以综合回收。通过分析水渣结块特性 ,研究结块水渣爆破松动过程的凿眼爆破关键技术 ,确定凿眼爆破方案。方案实施取得了很好的爆破效果 ,回收了堆场内全部结块840 0m3,直接经济效益超过 5 0万元。
In order for water dreg recovery in Hunan Xuefeng Cement Group Co. Ltd., the agglomeration of water dreg in raw material storage yard is denaturalized by means of drilling and blasting. The key technology for drilling and blasting in loosening process of the glutinosity agglomeration of water dreg is investigated and the scheme on drilling and blasting is made on the basis of characteristic analysis of the agglomeration. The ideal results are achieved by the practice of the scheme, the whole agglomeration of water dreg in the yard, 8400m 3, is recovered, the direct economical benefit is over 5MRMB.
