铝合金扁锭矮模可调铸造工具研究

摘要 本文介绍了一种用于铝及铝合金扁锭铸造的矮模可调铸造工具。生产实践表明,用一套可调结晶器能够铸造多种宽度的扁锭,可节省铸造工具制造费用,同时对提高铸锭表面质量、减小表层粗晶带厚度具有明显效果,具有广泛的推广应用价值。 The paper introduces an adjustable short mould used for casting the aluminum alloy flat ingot.The practical production shows that the aluminum alloy flat ingots with different widths can be cast by one adjustable short mould,so that it can save the manufacture cost of casting tool,furthermore,improve the surface quality of the ingot,and remarkably reduce the thickness of surface coarse-grain banding.This technology is worthy to be spread.
