摘要 蓄电池通常以串联形式广泛使用于动力、通信等领域中。串联状态下的蓄电池组在充电和放电时,所有蓄电池的电流是一致的。但由于蓄电池的参数不尽一致,有些蓄电池电压过高、有些则过低,这将进一步加深蓄电池参数的不一致性。正是这种恶性循环极大地缩短了蓄电池组的使用寿命。针对这个问题,我们研制了一个蓄电池组电压均衡系统。该系统能对串联工作下的蓄电池进行独立的充/放电,使所有蓄电池的电压达成一致,从而大大延长蓄电池的使用寿命。该系统还能检测并显示各蓄电池的电压、充/放电电流和电瓶温度等参数,发现异常及时报警,提高了蓄电池组的工作可靠性。 Rechargeable batteries are usually connected in series, working in the areas such as power generation, communication and so forth. When recharging the batteries with a uniform current, some batteries may be under-charged while others may be over-charged. As a consequence, their life span will be dramatically reduced. To solve the problem, we developed a batteries voltage balance system. This system individually charges/discharges each battery of the battery pack connected in series, such that each battery will reach a predetermined voltage. The system can also perform current, temperature and other characteristic check for each battery. It will give alarm when some battery is too aged. Using this system, the battery life span will be greatly increased and the battery will be more reliable.
