摘要
目的:评价软衬材料对全口义齿的影响。方法:随机选择长期戴用全口义齿的无牙患者24例。制作全口义齿,3个月后采用自身对照法,722型分光光度计测定咀嚼效能,观察软衬材料使用前后吸光度值的变化。同时采用满意度问卷调查患者使用义齿软衬材料前后的满意度。结果:软衬材料使用前后吸光度值变化有显著差异(P<0.01),满意度明显提高。结论:软衬材料能明显提高咀嚼效率,对全口义齿功能有明显改善。
Objective To evaluate the effect of self-curing soft padded-material on efficiency of mastication of complete denture. Methods 24cases with complete denture for a Long time were selected at random,and made complete denture for them,self-comparative means was adopted after 3 months and observed the change of the absorbency before and after using soft-padded material; relining by using type 722 grating spectrophotmeter.The satisfaction was tested by a questionnaire. Results The absorbency differs significantly before and after the relining with soft-padded material(P<0.01).the satisfaction of the patients was enhanced. Conclusion The masticatory efficiency was greatly improved after using soft-padded material relining .The function of complete denture was improved greated.
