摘要 通过试验认为一次风、二次风、三次风、负荷和混煤配比是影响NOX生成的主要原因。并进行了空气分级燃烧、燃料分级燃烧低NOX试验研究。华能长兴电厂采取4个措施实现降低NOX,混煤低NOX燃烧、低NOX燃烧器、空气分级燃烧和应用三次风中的超细煤粉还原烟气中的NOX,通过上述低NOX燃烧方式,长兴电厂烟气中NOX含量为500~6000mg/Nm3。 It was proved through tests that the primary air, the secondary air, the tertiary air, the load and the ratio of blending of coal are the main factors effecting NOX emission. The low NOX combustion test research was carried out on staged air combustion and staged fuel combustion. Chang xing Power Plant adopted 4 kinds of measures to realize low NOX emission, namely low NOX combustion with blended coal, low NOX burner, staged air combustion and using ultra-fine pulverized coal in the tertiary air to reduce NOX in the flue gas. Through the above measures the NOX content in the flue gas of Changxing Power Plant has reduced to 500~600 mg/m^3.
