摘要
通过试验认为一次风、二次风、三次风、负荷和混煤配比是影响NOX生成的主要原因。并进行了空气分级燃烧、燃料分级燃烧低NOX试验研究。华能长兴电厂采取4个措施实现降低NOX,混煤低NOX燃烧、低NOX燃烧器、空气分级燃烧和应用三次风中的超细煤粉还原烟气中的NOX,通过上述低NOX燃烧方式,长兴电厂烟气中NOX含量为500~6000mg/Nm3。
It was proved through tests that the primary air, the secondary air, the tertiary air, the load and the ratio of blending of coal are the main factors effecting NOX emission. The low NOX combustion test research was carried out on staged air combustion and staged fuel combustion. Chang xing Power Plant adopted 4 kinds of measures to realize low NOX emission, namely low NOX combustion with blended coal, low NOX burner, staged air combustion and using ultra-fine pulverized coal in the tertiary air to reduce NOX in the flue gas. Through the above measures the NOX content in the flue gas of Changxing Power Plant has reduced to 500~600 mg/m^3.
