摘要
目的研制一种便携性好、功能强大的心电监护仪。方法以DSP芯片TMS32 0VC5 4 0 2为核心 ,设计硬件系统及控制程序 ,并嵌入心律失常检测算法。结果该监护仪能够检测出 4种心律失常 ,存储 7段各 64k字节的心电信号 ,还能够为每段存储的心电信号标记采集时间 ,并能将存储的心电数据以数字和模拟两种方式传送给医院中心站 ;其功耗低 ,采用可充电锂离子电池 ,可以进行连续监护。结论该监护仪达到设计要求 ,实用性好。
Objective To develop a portable ECG monitor with top performance. Method The hardware system and control program were designed basing on a digital signal processor TMS320VC5402. An algorithm of arrhythmia detection was embedded. Result Four types of arrhythmia could be detected. Seven sections of 64k-byte ECG data could be stored and the collection time of each segment was marked. The ECG data recorded could be sent to the hospital via either digital or analog method. With low power consumption and rechargeable Li + battery, this monitor could work continuously. Conclusion The monitor meets the design requirements and possesses excellent practicability.
