摘要
本文发现水泥窑篦冷机高温段活动篦板的早期开裂是热疲劳引起的,疏松是影响早期热疲劳开裂的主要原因。钢中的共晶碳化物、δ—铁素体、服役过程中析出的二次碳化物和σ相以及过量的硅和硫含量都促进早期热疲劳开裂.作者研制的新型耐热钢活动篦板具有较高的热疲劳抗力和耐磨性,在水泥厂取得了较好的使用效果.
In this paper it is found that the early failure of movable grates in high temperature zone in the cement kiln cooler is due to a kind of thermal fati- gue.The shrinkage porosity is a primary factor influencing the early ther- mal fatigue failure.Eutectic carbides,δ-ferrites in the steels,secondry carbides,σ phases precipitating in work,and excessive sF and S contents promote it.The new type of heat resistant steel movable grates developed by the authors have higher resistanceve to thermal fatigue and abrasion and find better application in cement mills.
