摘要
随着计算机在我国的普及与计算机新名词的不断涌现,计算机名词的翻译工作显得越来越重要,计算机软件、硬件、书籍所涉及的词汇存在着不恰当的翻译,给大众带来不便,同时还阻碍了我国计算机的普及工作。应当加快翻译标准的制定,改进现行教育。
As computers are popularized more and more in China, new computer terms spring up constantly. The translation of them from English into Chinese is more important than before, While unsuitable translation caused our inconvenience and the progress on computer popularizing will be blocked.Here we analyze some problems in translation of terms on software, hardware and in books with certain examples. To accelerate the establishment of standard on translating and improve the education on it,some suggestions were outlined.
