摘要
用在 5 0L固相接枝反应器中合成的马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯 (PP g MAH )作界面改性剂 ,制备了马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯 /聚丙烯 /碳酸钙 (i PP/PP g MAH/CaCO3 )复合材料。研究了i PP/PP g MAH/CaCO3 复合材料的力学性能和增容机理。结果表明 ,PP g MAH对i PP/CaCO3 复合物的缺口冲击强度、弯曲强度和拉伸强度均有提高 ;PP g MAH与CaCO3 反应形成PP g MAH的钙盐 ,实现反应性增容。
Polypropylene/calcium carbonate composites (i-PP/CaCO_3) were prepared with isotactic polypropylene-maleic anhydride graft copolymer as interfacial modifier,in which PP-g-MAH was synthesized by means of solid phase graft copolymerization in a 50 L reactor. The mechanical properties and compatibilizing mechanism of the composite were studied. The results showed that the use of PP-g-MAH improved the notched impact strength,bending strength and tensile strength of the composite,and PP-g-MAH reacted with CaCO_3,resulted in reactive compatibilization.
