摘要
目的 :探讨 30种常用植物药的统一鉴别方法。方法 :采用多薄层、多展开剂、多显色剂联用的薄层色谱法。结果 :每种植物药醇浸出液的鉴别试验显示有其特定的薄层色谱斑点Rf 值。结论 :该方法简便 ,专一性强 ,有实用价值。
OBJECTIVE To study the standards of qualitative identification for 30 plant drugs. METHODS The thin layer chromatography (TLC) was used in combination of multi-thin layers, developing agents and visualizing agents. RESULTS The alcohol extract of each plant drug showed special TLC spot and R f value. CONCLUSION The method is simple and specific.
