摘要
小波分析技术是处理超声检测信号的理想手段。但应用不同的小波函数分析相同的超声信号会产生不同的结果。基于超声检测信号的特点,采用四种不同的小波函数,对某型航空压气机叶片超声检测信号进行分析处理。研究表明,sym4小波是一种较为理想的用于处理航空发动机叶片超声检测信号的分析方法,并验证了处理超声检测信号的小波基的一般选取原则。
Wavelet analysis is an ideal ultrasonic signal processing method. But applying different wavelets to analyze the same ultrasonic signals will bring different result. Four Wavelets were applied to analyze the ultrasonic testing signals from aeroengine compressor vane. It was indicated that the wavelet sym4 was ideal for analyzing the ultrasonic testing signals from the vane, and the selecting principles of wavelets for ultrasonic signal processing were verified.
