高校实验室科研实验平台建设是一项复杂的系统工程。该校在核能技术设计研究院在创建核化学化工科学研究实验平台、创新学科发展、培养相关人才和争取重大科研项目等方面,摸索出一些有益的经验。
It is a complex systematic engineering to construct platforms for research experiments in university laboratories,and it relates to numerous factors. During the platform construction for nuclear chemical technology research experiments, the Institute of Nuclear Energy Technology,Tsinghua University,had gained some beneficial experiences in the creative subject development, creative talents cultivation and in the strive for important research projects.
