摘要
目的:研究正常人左室心肌组织应变及应变率的规律。方法:应用组织多普勒技术对38例正常人左心室间隔、前壁、侧壁与后壁进行不同节段间的应变、应变率的比较。结果:基底段到心尖段应变与应变率呈下降趋势,但统计学差异无显著性。各室壁同一水平节段的应变与应变率差异亦无显著性。结论:应变与应变率在同一室壁不同节段与不同室壁同名节段之间差异无显著性。
To detect how strain and strain rate change in the left ventricular walls in the healthy human being. Methods: Thirty-eight healthy people were selected and examined by echocardiography, then strain and strain rate were compared among the basal, middle and apex segments and among the different walls. Results: Although strain and strain rate declined from basal segment to apex, there was no statistical difference. There was also no significant difference between the same segments of the different walls. Conclusion: There was no statistical difference of strain and strain rate between the different segments and the different walls.
