摘要 以 BaTiO_3和 TiO_2粉末进行固相反应来合成 Ba_2Ti_9O_(20)主晶相,通过添加烧结助剂及少量 Ca、Nd、W 改性剂来降低瓷料的烧结温度,使瓷料的介电性能达到高频 MLCC电性能要求。研究结果表明,采用 Ca、Nd、W 复合添加剂可显著地降低 Ba_2Ti_9O_(20)主晶相的合成温度降至 1 200℃,采用硼硅酸盐玻璃可使陶瓷烧结温度降低至 1 000 以下,实现了 Ba_2Ti_9O_(20)陶瓷与低钯电极浆料的共烧,成功地应用于高频 MLCC。 Ba_2Ti_9O_(20) main phase are prepared from BaTiO_3 and TiO_2 powders. In order to reduce the sintering temperature of Ba_2Ti_9O_(20) ceramic and to achieve required dielectric properties for MLCC high frequency ceramic, Ca, Nd, W have been doped and borosilicate glass flux has been added. The resuts show that compound additives can be reduced the synthesized temperature of Ba_2Ti-9O_(20) main phase obviously and borosilicate glass flux can be reduced the sintering temperature of ceramic to below 1000℃, so Ba_2Ti_9O_(20) ceramic can be co-sintered with low-Pd electrode paste, and has used to multiplayer ceramic capacitor successfully.
