摘要
采用有限元法,对OFPTB—550型SF_6断路器罐体端部的三维电场进行了数值计算,针对计算区域的结构特点,在三维电场的计算中把子块结构、等参坐标变换、坐标的平移和旋转、自动剖分和手剖有机地结合在一起。给出了一种复杂结构中三维电场的计算方法。通过对计算结果的分析,确定了最大电场强度值的位置,对断路器的绝缘强度进行了评估。
The three dimensional electric field of the end of the tank for type OFPTB-550 SF6 circuit breaker,was computed using the finite element method.For speciality of the structure in computing region,subdomain structure,isoparametric coordinates transformation,translation and rotation of coordinates,automatic decollating,and manual segmentation were combined organically in computing three dimensional electric field.A computing method of three dimensional electric field in a complicated structure has been presented.The computed results were processed graphically so that the computer simulation of the electric field distribution was achieved.The insulating strength of the circuit breaker was evaluated.
