摘要 研究了在双金属络合催化剂 (DMC)用于合成聚醚过程中 ,起始剂N30 5所含水分、丙三醇及酸对聚合反应的影响。结果表明 ,起始剂中的水分及一定量的丙三醇会使催化剂失活 ,影响聚合反应 ,DMC催化剂在偏酸性条件下 。 The effects of water content in initiator, glycerin and acid on synthesis of polyether catalyzed by DMC were herein studied. The results show that water in the initiator may deactivate the catalyst, while the polymerization won't be influenced as it is thoroughly removed. Glycerin, which is uneasy to remove completely, when up to certain amount, will also deactivate the catalyst and so have negative effect on the reaction, DMC has higher activity when used under conditions of certain degree of acidity.
