摘要
分析了中国石化股份有限公司洛阳分公司碱液(NaOH)输送管道的使用情况,指出应力腐蚀破 裂(碱脆)是其开裂泄漏的根本原因,并对多年来的治理经验进行了总结。控制管道和碱液温度、消除管道内 应力、降低碱液浓度是避免碱脆发生的有效手段。
The operation situation of aqueous alkali (NaOH) transfer pipeline of SINOPEC Luo Yang branch company was analyzed, and pointed out that the basic reason of cracking leakage was stress corrosion crack (caustic embrittlement) , the prevention experiences in many years were summarized . It were the effective methods of a-voiding the caustic embrittlement by means of controlling the temperatures of pipeline and a-queous alkali, relieving the internal stress of pipeline and decreasing the concentration of a-queous alkali.
