摘要
5 甲基 3,5 二乙酯基 环戊 2 烯 2 羟基 1 酮是合成香料化合物3 甲基 2 羟基 环戊 2 烯 1 酮的一个重要中间体,其合成主要原料为丙酸乙酯、草酸二乙酯和丙烯酸乙酯.Michael加成、Dieckmann酯缩合反应的适宜条件为:以DMF为溶剂,反应温度80℃,反应时间7h,n(2 甲基 3 羰基 丁二酸二乙酯(Ⅰ))∶n(丙烯酸乙酯)=1∶1.8,收率达62.50%.产物经红外光谱鉴定,证明结构正确.
5-Methyl-3,5-dicarbethoxy-2-cyclopenten-2-hydroxy-1-one was an important intermediate for perfume compound 3-methyl-2-hydroxy-cyclopent-2-en-1-one ,which was synthesized from ethyl propionate,diethyl oxalate and ethyl acrylate.The optimum conditions of the Michael addition,Dieckmann ester condensation reactions was temperature 80 ℃,reaction time 7 h and n(2-methyl-3-oxo-butanedlioic acid diethyl ester)∶n(ethyl acrylate)=1∶1.8 in 62.50 % yield.The product was characterized by IR and^1 H-NMR.
