摘要
计算了手车结构中外部接线对真空灭弧室弧柱的电动力,认为横磁触头结构真空断路器在开断大电流时,外部接线产生的电动力是导致开断失败的主要原因。建议尽量缩短真空灭弧室两端径向引出线的长度,以减少外部接线对灭弧室开断能力的影响。
This paper calculates the electric dynamic force applied on vacuum arc by external connecting buses in the cart structure.It is assumed that the electric dynamic force produced by external connecting buses is the main reason for the breaking failures of VCB with radial magnetic contacts on interrupting high currents.It is suggested that the length of radial lead-out connections on two ends of the vacuum interrupter should be reduced as far as possible to minimize the influence of external connecting buses on VCB breaking capability.
